Nutrition is the most important of each individual.
Nutrition Month is celebrated for the awareness of the nutrition of our body.
It is celebrated in the month of July to August. “Kumain ng wasto at maging
aktibo, push natin to” is the nutrition month’s theme where we share the
knowledge for the awareness of body food intakes.
We need to watch carefully on what we are eating. Increase
the foods where the nutrients that our body needed. Eating isn’t a bad thing,
we just need to limit and eat moderately for it’ll caused you in danger. Eating
consciously isn’t that bad it’ll give you a benefit for you’ll watch what you
are going to eat. Instead be careful than risking your life.
