Fourth grading is a though one for we are cramping and rushing some requirments that are needed. Our teachers sometimes are very busy so we are also doing our job as a student that we will self study our lessons so that, even though our teacher wasn't able to teach us anything we can also have something we've learned.
However, as the fourth grading period ends I will learn how to manage my time and priorities. That will help me grow and learn thing by just doing it with my own self.

High School Day 2020
High School Day is celebrated in every school, where students will practice for a field demo for this occassion, where every one will be busy with this celebration before an school year ends in our school, Ilocos Sur National High School.
It is consists of Coronation, Parade of the students aloutside the campus wearing their respective costumes. It celebrated for two days for opening and closing.
It may be tiring for student to practice for this 5 minutes field demo, sunbathing in the field, wearing jackets to cover their skin. Students will really enjoy this for they have a new experience that will somehow treasure in their lives.

Dreams are Endless
Dreams, dreams are either unrealistic or realistic. Dreams is often wish when you don't the thing you're dreaming for. Dreams are the first decisions we ever make in our life, our young fantasies where most of where unrealistics. But who knows? It might happen someday. Dreams are what we are looking forward for in our lives. Dream of happiness, love, foods, friends, materials stuffs and even the unexisting things. We all have dreamed of something we wanted to and become.
As we grow older, dreams are often made. From unrealistics to realistic ones. We we where a kid we wished to become a prince and princess, have a unicorn, live in the palace, be ble to bought the things we wanted right? That was still our dreams until we grow old. But we you come to realization, we have realize that all this dreams are being attained without us noticing it. We are already a prince and princess, we are dreaming for a good vehicle that we would ours someday, living in a comfortable home where you found the genuine happiness you were looking for, we just want to buy the things that we needed, as long as we're alive isn't it?
However, those are just our flowing dreams but beyond those dreams was deeper that what you realized.
Your family, it is your dream. You want the for all of you, travel and be happy together in your little home that will forever have a comfortable feelings. Where you dream for everyone to be genuinely happy and dream together with compassion and love. Our friends, there are alot of things we have been dreaming for. A dream of having a perfect, supportive, and richness of your friends but it is always be the love and connection to each other and how they will accept you but will correct your wrongdoings. The feeling of omfortableness by each others side.
Alot of dreams, I have a lot of dreams unsaid. What is all I'm dreaming for is, to finally have the chance to give the needs and wants of my own family without being a burden for them. To be finally able to start my own and be independent to live my life. To be able to find love and affection in only one person that will understand me beyond the lifetime. I dream for all the humanity to feel the connection the care and love to each other. And most importantly, I dream for God to be able to forgive me countless, and never doubt my faith on him.

Kannawidan
Kannawidan Festival is rich in culture and has a sense of identity among all Ilocanos committed to ensure the conversion, preservation, and promotion of the Iloco cultural, artistic, historical and intellectual heritage.
It is a tradition in which it was celebrated every yearly. It is an opportunies for all the Ilocanos to express and show their own abilities and their artisitic sides. Also, the Ilocanos also have the chanve to meet their idols or favorite celebrities for every year different celebrities come to visit and perform their talents, such as hosting, dancing, singing or joking.
Ilocanos also have the chance to dance their own style by competing with other Ilocanos that joined in Dance Craze. However, Saniata ti Agtutubo was a pageant battle of beauty and brain that whoever stand out the most among all the contestants, only four will be choosen as Miss Saniata ti Agtutubo, the first runner up, the second runner up, and the third runner up. It is a competition of beautiful children that have a supportive families which will accompany them through the competetion.
On the other hand, Saniata is a competition between ladies around the Ilocos Region that they will show their beauty in front of all of us but not only the beauty itself but also the knowledge they have.
While on the singing, the choir of every place that have a representative will compete along with the teacher of each school but have a different winnings, they also compete after an parade of the DepEd in daytime. After that, mostly singers and bands are invited to perform in every Kannawidan night.
There is also this thing which all the LGBTQ+ community have their night and express their own self. They will have the chance to express and show the world how it is not a sin to be a part of the LGBTQ+ community. That whatever matters, what matter the most is expressing their true identity.
On the other hand, thre is a Trade, in which there are different kind of foods, street foods, milktea, dinner, and different kind of Ilocos cuisines. Also there are this booth in which whoever the most amazing booth design will have an award, in which they designed the booth using the products of their municipality and compete with other places. There is this exhibit of different kinds painting and bonsai. There is also the Karnival area in which the rides and foods are also located.
Anything you want to experience will be at Kannawidan Festival, daytime or nightime. As long as your comrade, money and stomach is ready you're already good to go. New experience in every way possible.

Constant: Change within you
New things happens, new self, new perspective. It comes in different scenarios and reasons. New goals and friends, new environment. Change can always happen anytime soon, not only if you want to but everything will change, even the self within you—soul.
As we all grow older, our perspective will change,the story we ought to read will change as our mindset will, the lesson it thought.
Our physical appearance, you may be insecure in you body, but soon lately you will try to let you self change for you want to enjoy your own body without being embarrass about it, body shaming can't be help it how the people accept what they really are for the society tell it's qualification of beauty, is that change for good? If the self itself agreed nothing should disagree about it.
Our friends, from crowd to one or maybe two. If it stays it stay, we will not let any toxicperson stays in our life anymore, alot of change because alot of realization happened. No one will grow as fast as a strong oak if they keep on pouring poisoned water in it. We are wise to change, wise for our obligations and wise for the betterment. If the change is no good to anyone but yourself, do not change it will give you no joy.
A Joyful Fiesta to begin
The Vigan City Fiesta is held in honour of St. Paul the Apostle, the city’s patron saint, on 25 January each year. Locals and tourists gather to experience and see the street dancing, carnivals, food fairs, and arts and crafts, adding to the attraction of this UNESCO World Heritage City.
The biggest secular festival is the Vigan Town Fiesta, a week-long celebration consisting of carnivals, parades, musical extravaganzas, beauty contests and nightly cultural shows. It culminates on January 25 with the celebration of the conversion of St Paul the Apostle, the town’s patron saint. Almost straight after that comes the Kannawidan Ilocos, a recent addition to the festival calendar at the end of January celebrating the culture of the whole of Ilocos Sur, not just Vigan. It includes a “battle of the bands” and a beauty contest.
The Viva Vigan Festival of Arts, held during the first week of May, includes dancing and music, and the highlight is the religious celebration on May 3 (Tres de Mayo), which starts with a Mass at Vigan’s cemetery chapel and continues with dancing in Crisologo Street and a kalesa parade. Holy Week is also a special time in Vigan, with candlelit processions through the old streets and a visita iglesia that sees devotees doing the rounds of churches and cathedrals.

Stronger than a rock
A new beginning have started, unwritten thoughts and unspoken words will be told. Last year was really a though one to handle, I'm glad I made it today. From being a cripple of one's self to a stronger self, through those past year have thought me to be stronger and hold on, every struggle that come by.
Small things or big things everything can change unexpectedly, we never thiught what will happen to us but we will always prepare oud self to be stronger and encourage our mind to never let things destroy your mindset, to remind yourself everday that no matter what happen an insucirity will become your weapon in your own war that onky you can use it to protect yourself or it's either someone will use it against you of harm.
Letting other hear what your feelings is your greatest comrade through your battle, everyone can be a comrade but not everyone will act as yours, so it's your decision to notice who will you trust and tell what's been bothering you, it's a life lesson between yourself only, you don't have any enemy but yourself for it can stand against you without you consent if you let your guard off.
Last toast of 2019, may the best yet to come. May everyone survive whatever struggle may come on their ways. May everyone have and grant a beautiful and wisdom throughout the year of 2020, may everyone be stronger and make their guard strenghten from the power of our Lord.

Christmas is Love
Christmas is one of the most awaited holiday in a year, the most enjoyable, a lot to eat and a time for families, vacation, and somethings that will pleasure people. Christmas is mostly known to celebrate our Jesus Christ's birthday, and every one is longing for this to happen and to finally end a year with peace and excitement and with our own family.
Christmas is a time when families have their reason to gather together after a long time, and even people that are not in good terms will have their reason to forgive, every one will be willing to give, in the presence of Christmas humanity revived. It revive like a log burning which it's burn is about to run off yet the flame burn out again. Christmas is for forgiving, everyone is forgetting how bad the other person treat them when it's Christmas and just forgive them without any hesitation, everyone will give and give without thinking of tomorrow, without thinking what their need but what others will be happy about, children running on the streets playing, and caroling at night without them thinking about danger. Christmas is all about peace and love. Love of everyone that cannot be seen without this season. Christmas is a reminder that love is the way of happiness, forgive to be happy, and give to see joy. This is undefinable but it gives a lot of memories to cherish and a happiness to earn. Streets be light up but the light of the different colors of christmas lights,children be howling like an own and making noises when reaching for the midnight clock and the happiness can be seen in their smiles and eyes.

By children, a lot of mothers either father or stranger can mistreat this little and weak child, they have been using strength just to correct their wrongdoings, violence for punishment and anger relieves, children cannot do anything but to bear with all of this because they cannot speak for no one will believe them, they cannot fight back for they have no strength, they cannot complain for they cannot over power them, but with this everyone will have their rights, equality by physical and emotional. Regrow the Earth–our home
Earth is ours—home, terittory, where everything takes place, and where life all started. The thing sourround us is what keeping us alive, it is our vision of existence, if it will vanish we die. Accordingly to it's power our nature.
Our home is here, we shoud've treat it with care and with genuine appreciation not to destroy it slowly, it's us–just us who destroyed it. Thre are animals that went extinct, forest were burnt, oceans with trashes, lives beyond a threat. Everything goes accordingly, we will vanish at one time.
You–we, never thought things would happen until it happens, this month of Environment awareness; to reduce and prevent ocean lives or creature to extinction, to plant trees more than population, to clean seashores, to have trashes to their supposedly trash bins, to living a healthy and wonderful life here on Earth.
Having to think a solution that everyone is thinking on how we can all go to Mars when the world ends yet we just need to regrow, until it comes back to it's beauty, until it comes back to no life threat, until it comes back to safetiness of living things.
We deserve this home but this wonderful home deserves better, we are meant to live here and only here to maintain and contaminate it's beauty. Our home deserves better, let us be better for the actions we are making for the consequences of our home. Be aware, with the knowledge and wisdom; use it for the betterment of all.

They needed the guide; not the torture
A child to reproduce, a child to raise well, a child for a brighter future, a child that also needed respect. In November, National Children’s Month is declared as stated in Republic Act 10661 to commemorate the adoption of the Convention on the Rights of the Child by the United Nations General Assembly on November 20, 1980. It seeks to increase knowledge of parents/caregivers on how to handle or educate their children while in the cyberspace; intensify the advocacy of positive discipline in classrooms dynamics in daily teaching; provide space for children’s participation in the legislative advocacy; push for the passage of the Positive Discipline Bill and celebrate gains and successes on child rights promotions and protection of the country.
It takes a village to raise a child. Let us all work together to end these violence against children so that they will become productive citizens of our country. Let us all push for positive parenting and positive discipline and continue to intensify its efforts in collaboration with partner-agencies on building a safe, nurturing, and protective environment for children through positive discipline among parents, guardians, caregivers, and teachers.
It is not only parents and adult who needed to be respect, not everyone have it's own brain capacities and everyone have different capabalities. Doing something doesn't mean any violence harm should be on their living as growing up for it'll only isolate them and refrain them for doing better, instead this where rebellion started. Teach them lessons correctly not them to learn from their punishments. A young one don't know alot to know what's they should be doing they needed the guide not the torture.
Guide them with pleasure and overwhelm love not with violence against their will. It not only us who needed safety, even on our own blood we can't be safe as want we wanted to. We can't be cared as what we want to—love, nourished, respect, discipline(correctly), freely. We need to considerate the situation not the situation to adjust.
Positive discipline, as stipulated in the Bill is disciplining children without resorting to physical or corporal punishment, such as spanking, hitting, slapping, shouting, or shaming. The National Baseline Study on Violence Against Children (NBS-VAC) revealing that most Filipino children experience and are vulnerable to physical, psycho-social and sexual violence and these are significantly high in homes where parents, siblings and caregivers are oftentimes the perpetrators. The NBS-VAC also revealed that prevalence of violence in schools is almost equally disturbing. SOCA mainly focused on the four components as specified in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UN-CRC), which are Survival, Protection, Development, and Participation.

The values we have have on each one of us is undefinable. We all have different and unmeasurable values yet we all just needed to learn and respect one another for it will only the way to have your own values.
Core Values are the fundamental beliefs of a person or organization. These guiding principles dictate behavior and can help people understand the difference between right and wrong. Core Values also help companies to determine if they are on the right path and fulfilling their goals by creating an unwavering guide. A belief, or lack thereof, in God or an affiliation with a religious/spiritual institution. A belief in being a good steward of resources and in exercising frugality. A belief that family is of fundamental importance. A belief that honesty is always the best policy and that trust has to be earned. A belief in maintaining a healthy work/life balance.These things keeps us all humane, not only for each other but also for our dear Lord. A proper teaching for this will make us a wonderful thing we would become. These thing will bring back the humanity we all believed—respect, care, and etiquettes. The mindset of youth are indescribable–which no one can underestimate the knowledge behind them but the values is not present, the respect is not present, the joy is not present that it should have. Only the knowledge with wisdom is the real hero through this human race where all the same people–mask up with disguise, unreal, fake, selfishness, and evilness the values will save us from this toxicity of ours.
It's lacking is obvious, everyone is the same they all tried to be theirselves yet they let their values buried inside them. Languages speak louder
Languages play a crucial role in the daily lives of people, not only as a tool for communication, education, social integration and development, but as a repository for each person's unique identity, cultural history, traditions, and memory. But despite their immense value, languages around the world continue to disappear at an alarming rate and with this the United Nations declared 2019 The International Year of Indigenous Languages in order to raise awareness of them, not only to benefit the people who speak these languages, but also for others to appreciate the important contribution they make to our world's cultural diversity.
For this year's theme which is the "Indigenous Language matter for sustainable development, peace building and recognition". We can all agree that our language really matters–in so many ways. The development of the country is the contrary of it's language, by means if it's culture remains and can be recognize then the country really is developing because it remains and show others how rich and treasure the langauge of it's one's place.
However, language is really one of the most things that keeping us at peace, keeping a language and not changing it's culture really tends on receiving a progress of development. As long as one place is agreed to a change of language's culture it will have peace yet not everyone have the same mindset, there's those who–immitates, cultural, and modern that not all of us have the same perspective in life.
In which we should really just let our own languages preach and be recognize, don't let your mindset think that keeping a cultural language is so old so why not change already? Don't think that the international language have more worth than the local. Each languages have it's own importance and that makes it all equal.

For this year's theme which is the "Indigenous Language matter for sustainable development, peace building and recognition". We can all agree that our language really matters–in so many ways. The development of the country is the contrary of it's language, by means if it's culture remains and can be recognize then the country really is developing because it remains and show others how rich and treasure the langauge of it's one's place.
However, language is really one of the most things that keeping us at peace, keeping a language and not changing it's culture really tends on receiving a progress of development. As long as one place is agreed to a change of language's culture it will have peace yet not everyone have the same mindset, there's those who–immitates, cultural, and modern that not all of us have the same perspective in life.
In which we should really just let our own languages preach and be recognize, don't let your mindset think that keeping a cultural language is so old so why not change already? Don't think that the international language have more worth than the local. Each languages have it's own importance and that makes it all equal.

Technological Knowledge
Moving on, this thing is really easy to cop up with and I will focus on my goals where in things will not be a failure as long as you are already trying your best. I am preparing myself for another quarter of lessons and I know that as I get into the higher grade there is more knowledge that I will get and by that turn your knowledge into a wisdom and you'll become a wise man.

Fond of Enjoyment
Intramural is a very big event in every school that expose each one's ability and will gave the student a time for fun and rest but as of for the athletes they might not get a rest but they will have a really great time playing their passion as it will overwhelm them for they will show their capability in doing their sports. Aside from sports we all expect a lot of booths around the school. In every booth, a club will facilitate it and have their own methods on how the activity in one booth will all of us expect. In ISNHS we have a 3 days, for the intramural where for the third day is Saturday for all the championship. For the opening celebration all of the athletes and those who want to join will parade around the school with their own muse and escort down to the gymnasium. The mass was happened around an hour and most of the athletes are already bored by just sitting and listening, there is also a competition and it was ended around 2 hours. As the opening ceremony is happening the clubs will prepare their booths for the next day where the intramural is already happening except for the MAPEH club because they are the one facilitating the gym at that time.
Second day, where all the sports will be done and other students starts their booths like chemlock where two people is requested to the facilitator and they will have a blind day but having their arms lock to each other by the TLE club. Omegle date where there is already guys and girl and you will just pick you interest and you will have a blind date with them by Science club. Message booth for the MAPEH club where you can write anything you want and to whom as long as it the person you're writing to is also a schoolmate. An obstacle course where there will be challenges you need to pass to by the AP club. Love in rinth where you and your partner will be lock inside a room designed like a maze of challenges, every station there will be a challenge that will be given to the both of your partner and if you will not pass that challenge there will be a box of consequences where you will pick one and you'll do it, if not you will not get out of the room but if you pass all the challenges there will be an aisle waiting and a pastor that will bond you together. And some other clubs.
At the last day, is a fun bike to those who are fond of biking and after the fun bike there will be a zumba in the field where everyone is invited to join if they want to and where the everything ends.
With this a lot of people have enjoyed so much and with this the feeling of stress will be out of their sight as of their body and brain just want to enjoy this 3 days without any stress or responsibility waiting for them at all and that is one of the best memories every high school student will treasure.

Scientific Celebration
Science Month celebration gave most of the student excitement especially to those who are really fond of science. It is being celebrated for about a month and the Science club officers are the one whose facilitate the activities that have happened in this celebration.Celebrating this in a month like how every celebrations do, except for the occasions and some personal matter. Many activities have rendered and invite every student to join and participate the Science Activities which there is quiz, singing, dance, photography and an exhibit too. In this activities the Grade level will not be considered as long as you're a participant you will compete with the other participant. But those activities is not only for a one representative per section but a class will also do, as long as they're interested.
In quizzes, it is all about science from topic of Earth Science to Physics and the competition is by grade level and then the winner in each grade level will compete to one another and look for the winner. In singing contest, there is this certain topic about the song that is the participant need to compose that have an relation with the theme of the Science Month Celebration which will be competing as a band and there is also a solo singing contest. In photography, there is a contest of photo-envy which you are needed to have a digital cam but as of the participant the Science teacher consider the phone camera participate because of their interest and so at the last week of celebration at the front of Science faculty an exhibit about science stuffs were displayed in front of the laboratory room and science faculty which made the people interested.
By this kind of activities, student joining and participating can excel in their subject teacher and even show their talent and improve it in experiential way for it is easier to improve by applying it your own.

Gratitude for our treasures
Teachers Day is a day for the teachers and by that it's the day for the student to show how grateful and thankful we really are by having teachers be our second parent.Students show their appreciation by surprising and giving gifts to their teachers. Some have their lunches at school, some snacks, and some are just jamming. Mostly all of the classrooms are very well designed, students are waiting for their adviser and they would surprise him/her. In ISNHS students really have a great and big efforts in making their teachers happy. Before the celebration mostly the class officers assign someone to bought a gift for their subject teacher for fairness and also for showing gratitude, some gave the gifts by group and some gave it as a whole class but no matter who or what the gift is every student is really grateful to have a teacher.
Furthermore, in ISNHS the whole campus joined the celebration of the teachers at their gymnasium where in there is a concert. Two grade level per concert because the population is really big and we won't fit all at the same time. In every teachers eye you can see how happy they really are and how they really enjoy this kind of event which it reduced them stress. And by that mean, the students are also overwhelmed by the performances and skills of the teachers that they didn't expect they can do that and it was really fun.
Through this kind of activity student and teacher express and evaluate the connection between them and by that the love of every student matters as well as the love of a teacher is.

School is Happiness
Happy School Movement launched by Dep-Ed Ilocos where every school in the Ilocos region is invited to join and participate this movement to promoting an enjoyable and better place to study and to boost the efficient implementation of the K-12 basic education curriculum in the Ilocos provinces.There are 15 advocacy themes in the delivery in education services to the 14 schools divisions in the Ilocos region. Students will be invited to go to the Vigan Conventional Center where the event is being held, every school student will have their time schedule. A Dep-Ed personnel will lecture us about why and ways to be happy in school. In the 15 minutes lecture the students and teachers will be sitting while the facilitators prepare every booth, I then the students and teachers will be divided as a group, they will explore the place where there is a booths that is designed as of their advocacy. It starts from mother tongue until to the AP advocacy, every booth is designed as of their theme where in inside the mother tongue booth you will find things that is for a toddler and a medium of Iloco.
In every there were a lot of activities that being displayed from the things we have done in the school. We are so overwhelm to see our own design being display in this kind of movement. In every booth there is a lot of encouragement that studying in not just giving us stress but also give us a lot of memories and knowledge that we will treasure someday. It gives the student excitement and gives student to be optimistic about our school. This also reduce the pressure that the students have been dealing on at the moment, and it helps a lot. To teachers, it also clean up their minds on the stress and responsibilities they are having.
Furthermore, many government activities is really helping a lot of people on their stress and pressure by just trying to light up the mood and change the perspective of one person. Especially school, many student have hated school because of they're dealing so much pressure and stress and by that it is such a relieve to change the perspective of our minds.

Reflection of the past
Solidarity with other World Heritage Cities around the world, aims to strengthen the pride in the city's history and culture, promote friendship and diversity between countries and serves as a great venue for forging ties and understanding through community's involvement in the city's various activities that highlights love for culture, arts and entertainment where in every month of September. In the area of Vigan City where Solidarity is an event that we are all celebrating in the past years and for the future because it's very well educational and it have this very big role and importance in the City of Vigan.Some activities are food and trade fair, contests for singing, on the spot painting, sabayang pagbigkas,a cultural quiz, folk dance, solidarity games, role play, and also renewal of pledge. Those activities really help the city progress and increase the activeness of the citizen in the city which is really helpful that despite the fat that we're already in the modern generation, a lot of people are still really interested in some kind of cultural and historical activities. Each one's skill will also be expose and improve through this kind of contests that will benefit the contestant's career and he/she will grow more through the help of his own capabilities.
By those activities, a lot of youth will be educated and enjoy by just attending and participating as an audience or contestant. Either way, everyone will be aware from the happenings from the past of their own city. For the young generation, few only know the cultural history of their own city and this will give the unaware youth to have the knowledge.

Dugong Pilipino
Ang buwan ng wika ay isa sa pinaka-mahalagang pagdiriwang sa bansang Pilipinas na ipinagdiriwang sa buwan ng Agusto. Ang Buwan ng Wika, ang pagdiriwang kung saan pinapahayag natin ang pagmamahal sa ating sariling bansa. Isa din itong pagpapahayag ng paggalang sa ating ninuno at sa mismong wikang katutubo.
Hindi lamang parte ng nakaraan ang buwan ng wika dahil isa rin itong malaking bagay na nag papa-alala sa pagkaka-isa ng ating nasyong Pilipino. Dahil din dito ay napapanatili ang nasyon ang yaman at kahalagahan ng wika natin.
Isa sa wika ang pinaka-mahalaga sa bawat nasyon sapagkat ito ay isang daan sa kaunlaran dahil kung wala ang wika mahirap ang komunikasyon at ang komunikasyon ang isa sa paraan ng pakikihalubilo sa kapwa. Ngunit hindi na kagaya ng dati ang paggamit ng wika, madami nang pinagbago pati narin ang mga taong gumagamit nito.
Madaming iba't ibang klaseng pananalita na ang naidagdag sa ating wika kung saan ang iba na ay natatabunan na ang nakaraan. Madalas ang mga kabataan din ngayon, kagaya ko ay hingil na sa pagpapa-katotoo at binabalewa na ang importansiya nito. Ang iba nga ay inaaral ang ibang lenggwahe datapwat hindi pa nila lubos na alam ang sarili nating wika. Hindi ko sinasabing masama o bawal ang aralin at matuto ng ibang wika sapagkat sinasabi ko lamang na mahalin ang sa atin. Ipagmalaki, may iba din na pag natuto ng ibang wika'y nagpaka-saya at pinagmamalaki ngunit pag ginagamit ang atin ay wala manlang lang kainte-interes.
Ang ating wika ay hindi lamang basta wika,salita, lenggwahe dahil ang wikang filipino ay nagbibigay sa ating ng sagisay bilang isang hinirang na Pilipino. Alamin ang importansiya at basta basta nalang binabale-wala. Ipagmalaki ito at wag ikahiya, dahil ang totoong Pinoy ay nakikita sa pagmamahal sa sariling bansa.
